Are those....GOGGLES??

As I was driving to class from the church today I saw the funniest thing I have seen in a LONG time. There was a dog who was driving with his owner and sticking his head out the window as most dogs love to do. Next thing I know he's looking back at me and is wearing goggles. GOGGLES!! You know like motorcycle riders wear?? It was so funny I couldn't stop laughing or trying to take a picture while trying not to hit the van in front of me. Here is what I was able to get:
