Things at Work that Make me Sad

I have a great job, really I do. It's taking some getting used to, you know, to get back in the swing of things, but all in all I think it's really great. These last couple of days, though, it has made me sad. Like any other medical profession you have your good days and your bad. These past two days, however, I have had to process invoices for two authorizations for euthanasia. I understand it's the circle of life...WHATEVER...it's just sad to get an invoice thinking to process it for a routine visit and it turns out it's not.
