So...I am a huge fan of pilates. A few years back, well actually after high school, I started doing pilates. While doing it I felt great and looked great. I have decided that on top of the swimming Jeremy and I are doing...well going to the gym, I would pick up my pilates routine again. I'm so excited to see if it can work for me as well now as it did then. So I started today and boy am I tired. My abs are fatigued and I'm a little out of breath. But that's okay, right?? I mean, I know that means it's starting to work. I can't wait to keep you posted on the progress!!
